John A. Parsons, CDP, CBI, Managing
Partner
An entrepreneur and former public company president, Mr. Parsons began his career
at AT&T. After a tour of duty with the Air Force, he joined the information
technology division of Avon Products. From there went on to found
Micro-Integration, a computer hardware and software company he took public.
During his career Mr. Parsons gained extensive experience with private,
public, and government financing; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures;
business plans and strategies; and owner exit strategies. He has
participated in a myriad of mergers, acquisitions and financings. He holds
a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from Trinity College. He holds CDP
and CBI certifications and is licensed as a real estate broker in Maine,
Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a member of the New England Business Broker's
Association (NEBBA), where he was elected to and serves on the Board of
Directors and is Vice President. He is a member of the
International Business Broker's Association (IBBA). Mr. Parsons
has served as an officer or director of Habitat for Humanity, Allegany
College, United Way, Western Maryland Health System, Global Marketing
Systems, Micro-Integration Corp., WFWM Public Radio and other profit and
non-profit private and public organizations in the U.S. and Europe.

Janine M. Parsons,
Managing Partner
A seasoned professional manager and entrepreneur, Ms. Parsons began her career at
IE Systems, Inc., where she attained the position of Sales Manager. From
there she transitioned to Micro-Integration Corp., a high-technology public
company, where she was VP Sales and Customer Service. During her career Ms.
Parsons has gained extensive experience and knowledge of sales and marketing,
management, and purchase and sale of small and medium-sized businesses in
the US and Europe. She holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire, an
AA from Macintosh College, and a Diplôme de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu.
She holds FRC and BTS certifications and is licensed for real estate sales
in New Hampshire. She is a member of the New England
Business Broker's Association (NEBBA).
